Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

Carlo Valley currently ships to the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Carlo Valley is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery, which will incur new shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
